Associate Account Executive – Wayne, PA

Job Description

Our Financial Services client in Radnor PA is looking for is looking for Associate Account Executive to join their sales and servicing department. This person will have to be highly motivated, hard-working and driven for success. This role will have about a 180 day promotion process divided into two stages, ultimately resulting in a full time Account Executive/Purchasing Rep position. In the initial 30-60 days, they will be expected to make 200-250 calls/day to prospective clients using a proprietary internal database of qualified customers who have a structured settlement or annuity. Their objective is to gain interest of these prospective clients in hearing an updated quote or offer on what their settlement/annuity is currently worth, and see if they would like to be transferred to an Account Executive/Purchasing rep to further the deal and get a contract sent out. Commissions are made off of each quote ($5 per quote) and contract sent ($50 per contract sent). There is also an call-efficiency commission plan based on how many dials result in transfers/quotes paid out once a month:

Dials to Quotes Conversion:
  • 1%-1.24% dial to quote conversion
  • with a daily avg of 200 dials -----> $500
  • with a daily avg of 250 dials -----> $750
  • with a daily avg of 300 dials -----> $1,000

  • Dials to Quotes Conversion:
  • 1.25%-1.49% dial to quote conversion
  • with a daily avg of 200 dials -----> $750
  • with a daily avg of 250 dials -----> $1,000
  • with a daily avg of 300 dials -----> $1,250

  • Dials to Quotes Conversion:
  • 1.5% and above dial to quote conversion
  • with a daily avg of 200 dials -----> $1,000
  • with a daily avg of 250 dials -----> $1,250
  • with a daily avg of 300 dials -----> $1,500

  • The following 90 days or so, this person will enter a more accelerated training/rotational program where they will spend half of their day in a corporate training room to further industry/product knowledge and the other half be teamed with Account executives to support their books of business. They will learn the business from the back-end by making follow up calls to existing deals, learn the paperwork and approval processes that go into each deal, among several other things. At the culmination of this period, they will be a full time Account Executive maintaining their own book of business.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree
    Sales experience, interest in sales or sales-like qualities
    Computer literate
    motivated to grow and advance in the company
